Kelly and Lloyd were married at the Brantford Golf & Country Club. Kelly looked especially stunning - I just adored her gorgeous dress, I seriously couldn’t stop photographing it! Their wedding ceremony took place outside on the balcony overlooking the beautiful ravine below. What made it special was having their children in the bridal party, and I was so touched seeing the amount of love that Kelly and Lloyd showered on them throughout the day. They’re going to have a wonderful blended family, and I’m very happy to have shared this moment with them.
Amanda & Trevor were married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony at the Caledon Country Club. They are the sweetest laid back couple, and I had so much fun taking photos with them around the golf course. Their wedding had a very fresh blue and green colour scheme - I loved all the unique details, especially the awesome binary cake and rubber ducky favours! Amanda and Trevor are moving to Seattle (this week!) to work for Microsoft. I wish you guys the best of luck out there, even though Canada is going to be a sadder place without you two
Alison and Evan were married in Newmarket and had their reception at the Cardinal Golf Club. Within the first 15 minutes of arriving, Alison had me in tears as she read a note describing the angel wings that she placed on her bouquet in memory of her father. So many of the details at their wedding were extra special: from photographing Alison’s grandmother’s wedding dress, to having all of the bridesmaids from her parents’ wedding there, to her talented aunt taking care of all of the decorations, and much more. I could feel the love and the sense of family that Alison and Evan have, and I’m happy to have been a part of their wedding day.
My friend Pauline has the cutest kids ever, and I get so excited everytime she asks me to photograph them. If you don’t believe me check out the portrait section of my website, they’re all over it! The whole family were perfect models, and the boys were stinkin’ cute as usual. I’m so in love with them, I could just pinch their cheeks all day long!
Amanda & Tyler were married at the Wings of Paradise Butterfly Conservatory in Cambridge. It’s really beautiful at the conservatory and the staff are so great to work with. I was running around like a kid in a candy store with all the lovely places to photograph. It was a morning ceremony and the light was just right, and Amanda & Tyler were lovely together. It was so perfect even the butterflys were feeling especially cooperative that day!
Naghmeh, I freakin’ love that the 2nd last shot.
Awesome.
Scott.
